I can say that healthy teams mine conflict. In healthy teams poor behavior is unacceptable. Team members actually help to set the tone of what is or is not acceptable.
The leader must empower the team to talk with one another about what’s not working for the team. When the team embers are empowered the poor behavior stops. It’s that simple!
