Leadership development is critical to succeed, and In Sync Consulting is offering unique, inclusive, and intensive programs that are specifically designed to help leaders build tangible, realistic solutions that create high‐impact results.
Overview
Change is everywhere. Leaders have no other option than to work through uncertainty to deliver results, grow the organization, and grow as individual leaders. Leaders are expected to rise to the challenge as managers as well as members of the organization, but how that happens is not always clear.
The Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) aims to further develop leaders who are ready to tap into their potential and enhance their leadership impact. This program will be both time reflective and experiential, and will grant access to frameworks and tools for mindful thinking, deliberate action, and authentic leadership.
Our vision is to provide a challenging program that provides participants hands‐on experiences that enhance their abilities to manage through uncertain times.

- A unique learning experience rooted in authentic leadership and creating a vision
- Personalized support to internalize learning and translate it into leadership impact
- A demonstrable shift in leadership vision, skills, and behavior
- A network of leaders who are committed to the leadership experience of excellence
