Guilt. What is it and how do I deal with it?
Guilt is a thought. This thought is repeated and then becomes an energetic imprint in our vibrational field. These vibrations can be passed down from generation to generation. Although you might think it’s yours and yours alone, we are a collective of our DNA and family ancestry.
Essentially guilt is a belief. One that typically doesn’t feel good.
The FIX? Make a conscious choice to believe something that feels better… then take action.
