Major decisions are often not the easiest to make until you take a look and see if they are “in sync”. Meaning are you pushing against the grain to see if something is working or not. I realized the book I was working on for the last 6 months was not In Sync with the people I selected to work with. Deciding not to move forward was difficult because being a published author used to be a dream of mine. What I have realized is it’s not really the dream if its not In Sync. When I realized this I decided to stop the book until things became more In Sync with the process. Things seem to simplify when you are In Sync!
